I ordered twelve of these large round crystal chandeliers for a renovation project we are doing in our hotel’s main dining area and the executive lounge. Being in the B2B sector, I’m always a bit nervous about ordering high-end lighting online from overseas, but I am generally very pleased with the result.
The Good:
The quality of the K9 crystal is actually better than I expected for this price point. When the light hits them, you get that high-end “rainbow” refraction that guests expect in a luxury setting. The gold finish on the frame looks professional—it’s a soft, brushed luxury gold, not that cheap-looking bright yellow you sometimes see. It has completely transformed the atmosphere of our restaurant; it looks much more expensive than it actually was.
The Logistics:
Shipping to Poland took about three weeks. The packaging was very secure. I was worried about breakage, but they pack the crystals extremely well in high-density foam. We had zero cracked pieces across all twelve units, which is impressive.
The “Be Aware” Part:
If you are a business owner, do not expect to hang these in 20 minutes. Each crystal must be attached individually. It took my maintenance team a significant amount of time to get all of them fully assembled and balanced. Also, ensure your ceiling can handle the weight—the large version is quite heavy once all the glass is on.
Overall:
Great value for money. If you are a designer or a developer looking for that “wow factor” on a budget, this is a solid choice. Just make sure you factor in the labor cost for assembly. I will likely buy from this supplier again for our next project in Krakow.
